Sunderland Royal Hospital is under significant pressure due to additional escalation wards being open. Two of our wards (E53 and F62) have not got any nursing teams assigned to them. As a consequence of this we are having to redeploy staff on a shift-by-shift basis, at very short notice, to support these wards.  To reduce the need for this we are introducing an NHSP incentive to support these two wards.  

Monday 1st August is the launch date for our improved Falls Risk Assessment and new POST Falls Assessment within Meditech V6.
