Monday 1st August is the launch date for our improved Falls Risk Assessment and new POST Falls Assessment within Meditech V6.

This is the culmination of a significant piece of multidisciplinary work led by our Falls Risk Steering Group.

To support the launch, we have produced a short video and guidance document.
