Study Leave for LET Employed Postgraduate Doctors

To apply for Study Leave, all Postgraduate Doctors in Training must complete a Study Leave Request Form which can be found here: Overarching Local Policies and Documents (hee.nhs.uk)                                                                                                                                                                               

Once Part 1 and Part 2 of the form has been completed, this must be approved and signed by your Educational Supervisor. Once this has been done, please submit the form to The Postgraduate Admin Team via stsft.PostgraduateAdmin@nhs.net for approval from the Trust. 

Study Leave for Trust Employed Junior Doctors (STSFT)

To apply for Study Leave, all Trust employed Doctors must contact their Directorate Manager to discuss their leave,this must then be submitted via ESR. The Study Leave Policy for staff employed by the Trust can be found here: Study and Professional Leave Policy
