The Path to Excellence is a five-year transformation programme for South Tyneside & Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. Our aim is to create and sustain outstanding hospital services now and in the future.  

Phase One of the Path to Excellence programme focused on stroke services, maternity services and paediatrics services. This phase is now complete.
