Staff Engagement Sessions

Since April 2021 we have been carrying out a range of staff engagement activities which have been open to all staff working across South Tyneside and Sunderland. 

As you know the Path to Excellence programme is planning to hold a public consultation which will have lots of ways for the general public and patients, to access information and respond to proposals within the consultation.

We want to make sure we also hear from staff here at STSFT as we share a more detailed description of how each of the ‘working ideas’ would work in practice.

The programme is keen to involve staff, especially those affected by the surgical changes, to attend virtual engagement sessions and ask as many questions and queries as possible about the ‘working ideas’ from Phase Two of the programme.
