Dignity and Respect Champions

Have you been the target of bullying, harrassment or discrimination?

Are you struggling to resolve a conflict in your team?

Our new Dignity and Respect Champions can provide a confidential listening and advice service for any colleague who:

• Has experience, or is experiencing bullying, discrimination or harassment.
• Has witnessed bullying, harassment or discrimination.
• Has had allegations of bullying or harassment made against them.

They can advise about the Dignity and Respect policy and signpost to the range of support available to colleagues across the Trust.

Our champions have also recieved Hate Crime awareness training from Northumbria Police and can support colleagues who have been targeted due to their race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
