Automated Friends and Family Test Feedback Reports have recommenced. An email will be sent direct to you NHS mail account. The email will be sent by no-reply@mebra.co.uk with the subject header being Trust Combined Alerts. Please do not ignore this email.

The email will contain two different report links

1) FFT Feedback Report for each individual service area

2) Heat Map Report for a single service or multiple services dependant on your role.

If any of the feedback reports are sent to you in error and you no longer require them, please contact stsft.patientexperienceteam@nhs.net to update the directory.

You can also view all your Friends and Family Test Feedback via the CIVCA online portal. To access the portal, please follow the short steps below to log in.

1) STS staff Intranet

2) Services – Patient Experience Team

3) Click web link (second last paragraph)

Use your NHS mail address and if you cannot remember or have not set a password, please click forgotten password to receive an email to reset
