In March 2019 we published our ‘Updated Draft Case for Change’ and ’working list’ ideas for Phase Two.  There are many ways for staff to get involved:

The ‘working ideas’ are exactly that – they are ‘working ideas’ only and they absolutely remain open to influence.  To be clear, this is NOT the start of a formal public consultation but an update on the thinking so far from our clinical service review design teams   Feedback we gather from staff during March will be considered as we continue to refine any future scenarios which may then be taken forward by our Clinical Commissioning Groups for a formal public consultation later in 2019.  It is also important to note that any future scenarios which are taken forward for a formal public consultation, will also depend on the level of capital investment which we are able to secure to help us transform local hospital services.
