Staff Engagement Sessions – April 2022

The Path to Excellence programme is planning to hold a public consultation later this year which will have lots of ways for the general public and patients, to access information and respond to proposals within the consultation.

We also want to make sure we hear from our staff at STSFT, as we share a more detailed description of how each of the ‘working ideas’ would work in practice.

In April 2022 we held a number of staff engagement events including a Facebook Live session via the STSFT staff Facebook page. This was an opportunity for staff to find out more about the 'working ideas' and Phase Two of the programme.
