The Advice and Complaints Service is holding two workshops for staff on the complaints process. The workshops are aimed at staff who are involved with the resolution of concerns and complaints raised by patients, carers and family members. The aim of the workshops is to inform staff of the process and provide them with guidance on how they can resolve concerns.
