What we do

Our team plays an important part in building and enhancing the talent and capacity in the Trust so that together we can bring about change and achieve our goals. We do this through a wide range of planned support and development for individuals and teams.

Diagnose the issues

Working with you, we will help you to identify what needs to change and how you can achieve it.  This could be for your own individual development or working with your team.

Prescribe the solutions

By understanding your requirements, we can then recommend some appropriate support for you from our wide range of options.

We might ‘point you in the right direction’ of  some pre-planned development programmes, recommend the use of some specific psychometric tools, help you to access some coaching or mentoring or design and deliver a bespoke solution tailored to meet your specific  individual or team needs.

How to access this support

There are 5 easy steps ...

  1. Request – complete the request form
  2. Initial Assessment – we will work with you to identify and assess your development needs.  The purpose of this will be to:
    • Appreciate the wider context in which you work
    • Understand what you would like to achieve
    • Identify the level of support that may be required and who else might need to be involved
    • Consider the overall logistics of any interventions (the who, what, when and where)
    • Think about how to evaluate the impact of any development
  3. Recommendations – following step 2 we will be able to make relevant recommendations for you and your team and follow up with some agreed actions.
  4. Implement recommendations – We will work together to deliver the agreed actions.
  5. Evaluate the impact – as with any development activity it is important to ensure that your original aims and objectives have been achieved.  We will agree how this will be done at step 3 and then carry out any evaluation.
