Appraisal Training
As a Trust it is important to ensure that we continue to put all our efforts and commitment into delivering the best possible outcome for our staff. As part of our commitment to support the appraisal process, the Organisational & Leadership Development Team have developed a comprehensive appraisal e-learning module that will provide you with the required comprehensive guidance to complete an appraisal.
To access the e-learning module:
Login to ESR and go to your ESR dashboard. Click on the "Learner Homepage" tab.
Locate the module named "155 Appraisal E-learning (Exc Medical & Dental)" and click on the 'play' icon to start the module.
Please complete the evaluation at the end.
If after completing the e-learning module you still feel you need further guidance, the team have developed a '3 hour' classroom based training session.
The session covers an introduction to our appraisal page and available resources and an opportunity to answer any questions about the appraisal documentation.
It also covers:
Health and wellbeing conversation
Preparing for the appraisal conversation
Skillful questioning and effective listening
Feedback (STAR)
It is important that you complete the Appraisal e-learning module before you express an interest in attending a workshop.
