April is #StressAwarenessMonth and #MoveMoreMonth!

So of course, we've got lots going on that #TeamSTSFT can get involved with!

  • Thrive Photography Competition
    • Thrive is launching a photography competition. We’re inviting you to share your photos of things that give you a sense of wellbeing, contentment, happiness or things that help you cope when you are feeling stressed. The winners will have their photographys printed professionally, framed and hung in Thrive clinic rooms as well as being used for wall murals across Trust buildings!   • Wellbeing Walks
    • Throughout April, our regular wellbeing walks will be taking place across sites throughout the working day, as well as some walks a little further afield on weekends. Click here to find out where and when!
  • Big Spring Team Talk
    • As part of our ongoing staff engagement programme, we're out and about to chat to colleagues across the Trust to ask one key question 'What can we do to make your life easier at work?'. This includes the support we offer to you and anything we can do to make you feel less stressed when you come work. No idea is too big or too small!   • Credit Union Workshops
    • Do your finances leave you feeling stressed? Join the experts from Serve & Protect, where they'll be sharing insight into the financial challenges faced by members such as NHS and other public service workers, and explore ways you can improve your financial resilience.   • Staff Health and Fitness Centre Classes
    • Exercise is a great stress-reliever, and obviously the best way to get moving! We'll be launching three new online videos with our staff health and fitness centre instructors. Legs bums tums, HIIT and Pilates. We'll share these videos throughout the month and they will be available on the intranet, our Youtube channel and Staff Facebook group too!
