Get involved in the Big Spring Team Talk!

Throughout April members of the Communications Team, Team Talk Champions and senior team colleagues will be out and about throughout the Trust asking staff to take part in the Big Spring Team Talk. 

We will be asking you one simple question....

"What can we do to make your life easier at work"

No idea is too big or too small. By letting us know what you think you will have the chance to win one of ten £50 shopping vouchers. We'll also be giving out some Easter treats!

If you're unable to get along to a roadshow don't worry! You can also email your ideas to stsft.trustcomms@nhs.net to be included in the prize draw. 

At the roadshows you'll also have the opportunity to complete the National People Pulse survey. The NHS requires every Trust to take part in this survey, which for this quarter opens on 3rd April. The questions concern how we are engaging with you, how you are feeling and how we are supporting you with your health and wellbeing.
