Incident Response Plan

The Trust Incident Response plan describes how the Trust will respond to any type of incident occurring across its services, including Critical Incidents and Major Incidents.

CBRN / HAZMAT Plan

The CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) / HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) plan describes how the Trust will respond to an incident involving contaminated patients, whether this is through an accident or a deliberate release.

Lockdown Plan

The Lockdown Plan contains details of how the Trust plans for lockdown of specific parts of its sites in order to protect staff, buildings and equipment.
