This award will look for someone who is an inspiration to colleagues here at STSFT.  They will be instrumental in motivating and encouraging others to achieve our aims.

This person will be making an outstanding contribution to the development of services, someone who ‘makes real’ our commitments to outstanding patient care through their own daily work, will have demonstrated a sustained contribution over a period of time and overcome challenges in order to achieve goals.

Nomination Guidance

  1. The citation should focus on the impact of the nominee.
  2. Please provide enough context for the judging panel to understand why the impact was significant as they may not have much knowledge of the field. Why does this work? 
  3. How are they going above and beyond what they are expected to do? What are they doing differently?

General advice: Start with a sentence that summarises the impact that the nominee has had, follow up with the achievement; provide evidence to support the case.
