Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUIN) is an NHS Improvement and NHS England programme which is incentivised by the CCG and NHS England Specialised commissioning.  Our role is to work with the clinical teams to establish data flows, monitor performance and provide assurance to the Board that performance is on track or that the risks of failing key performance indicators are identified and managed appropriately.
