Staff Lottery Winners

A number of draws in respect of the Trust lottery covering April 2021 to April 2022 inclusive took place in the Treasury Office, East Block, South Tyneside District Hospital – please see table below.  Congratulations to all the winners.

Unfortunately there has been a delay in undertaking these draws and also communicating the outcome however future draws will be undertaken on a monthly basis going forward. 

The Staff lottery is part of the Trust's Charity, and is registered with the local authority as a small society lottery.

The lottery is open to all staff to participate, with 50% of the income going towards the prize fund - therefore the more tickets sold the greater the prizes. The rest of the income goes to the Staff Lottery Trust Fund administered by the Trust Charity, and overseen by HR.  The proceeds from the staff lottery fund can only be used for patient welfare and any initiatives to improve staff welfare with clear patient care benefits.
