The Library Services Team have been working on a bank of resources for Community and School Nurse teams, which is now available through the staff intranet page. Many resources including Reading Well, Healthier Together and the Health Literacy Schools Toolkit amongst others are available. Just click HR Portal > Library Services and scroll down to Resources for School Nurses.
