LET is a two-day leadership programme that is based on the principles of respect, dignity and empowerment.  The programme is designed to develop participants’ ability to build healthy relationships, communicate effectively, effectively lead change and manage the priorities within their team.
By the end of the programme participants will have learnt how to:
•    Describe the differences between a leader and a manager
•    Create effective relationships by building trust and demonstrating mutual respect
•    Communicate effectively by articulating expectations, being open and honest, responding to ‘killer phrases’, giving effective feedback.
•    Recognising how people react during times of change and how to respond appropriately.

Target audience:  Clinical and non-clinical staff whose key responsibilities include leading and managing people and teams.  Those attending will have experience in the role but may not have had any formal development.
