We are pleased to invite you to access our ‘Engaged Leaders Programme’. This is accessible in 2 ways:

Step 1 - Book onto 'Engaged Leaders Programme: 1-day workshop' (classroom based). Then Step 2... Step 1 - Book onto e-learning module 'Establishing the Basics of Leadership' if you would like an introduction to leadership via e-learning, and complete the workbook and evaluation. Then Step 2...

Step 2 - Should you feel you need further development; you can request access to any of the following e-learning modules (to complete with their workbook and evaluation) *These can be accessed in any order (so long as they are relevant to your developmental needs), but only request 1 or 2 at a time:

  • 'Discovering Self as a Leader'
  • 'Effective Communication & Managing Conflict'
  • 'Successfully Leading a Team'
  • 'Leading Change & Embedding Resilience'
  • 'Understanding Bias & Developing Emotional Intelligence'

*All e-learning modules course contents are available here. Once you have been booked on any of our e-learning modules, a further email will be sent to you with it's workbook and Sli.Do evaluation link attached. (Do not use the link embedded within the e-learning itself, as this does not work).

Step 3 - After completing an e-learning module and it's workbook, you will need to complete the Sli.Do evaluation. The workbook and Sli.Do evaluation link will have been emailed to you upon requesting booking of an e-learning module.
