Engaged Leaders Programme

We are pleased to invite you to access our ‘Engaged Leaders Programme’. 

This is accessible in 2 ways:

• a 1-day workshop which incorporates mainly content from module 1 and some from modules 2-6.
• or 6 individual e-learning modules with workbooks to complete:

1. Establishing the Basics of Leadership (instead of 1-day workshop)
2. Discovering Self as a Leader
3. Effective Communication & Managing Conflict
4. Successfully Leading a Team
5. Leading Change & Embedding Resilience
6. Understanding Bias & Developing Emotional Intelligence

*modules 2-6 can be done along with the 1-day workshop.
