The Workforce Systems and Information Team are there to help and support our staff on how to use the ESR system. They give a step by step walk through demonstration of how to action things through the system for both employees and managers.

Training Sessions for Managers

The Workforce Systems and Information Team can provide training sessions for managers so they can confidently use the system and to get the most out of it. Sessions can be done via teams or face-to-face (covid restrictions may apply).
