The Workforce Systems and Information Team are there to help and support our staff on how to use the ESR system. 

They can help with support with access to the system including the issuing or dealing with any queries with smartcards.

Training sessions for managers

The Workforce Systems and Information Team can provide training sessions for managers so they can confidently use the system and to get the most out of it. Sessions can be done via teams or face-to-face. Training sessions can be arranged by emailing stsft.esrworkforceinformation@nhs.net or by contacting Lindsey Smith – Workforce Systems and Information Manager on 4041000 ext 4043.
