Please read BEFORE registering for an EASY account,
*Please check your NHS.net email address is correct in your ESR record, if not, amend and allow 24 hours for EASY to update. *Your home address needs to be correct in ESR, and showing as your 'home' address, if not, amend in your ESR record and allow 24 hours for EASY to update. *Your base location also needs to be correct in ESR, if not, please ask your manager to amend this from the correct date, and allow 24 hours for EASY to update. *Mileage claims, as per the STSFT Travel and Subsistence policy, you must have full business cover on your car insurance policy, to claim mileage expenses. The EASY system will not accept your vehicle information if this is not in place.
The deadline for submitting an expense claim is 92 days from the date in which a claim is submitted. For example if you are submitting a claim on 31st January 2023, the system will allow entries from 1st November 2022, and will block or reject anything before that date. Claims outside of the 3 month timeframe, will not be processed, therefore please ensure you submit claims in a timely manner. *Course fee claims must be submitted as per the event date, not the date in which payment was made.
