The Rewards and benefits team are part of the Employee Services Team who deliver a wide range of transactional HR services to the Trust, including recruitment, payroll and workforce. The Rewards and Benefits team provide the administration of Payroll, Pensions and Expenses services for all STSFT employees, in addition to those employed by CHoICE, Haven Court and STICL.
