What we do 

We offer a range of distribution and collection services, including mail, parcels, equipment and passenger services. Our dedicated helpdesk is on hand to receive and respond to requests, offering a range of service levels from the most urgent to scheduled deliveries. 
Our dedicated Transport team has in depth knowledge of the region and its travel networks, with a particular insight into the emerging needs of sustainable travel for patients and staff across our services.

Travel Information for Staff

We are keen to provide as much information as possible to staff, patients and visitors including information on active travel which gives details of walking and cycling routes around the area of South Tyneside District Hospital. • Hospital Shuttle Bus timetable
  A staff shuttle bus operates between South Tyneside District Hospital and Sunderland Royal Hospital. The aim of this service is to make it as easy, efficient and stress free as possible for staff to travel between South Tyneside and Sunderland, and to relieve some of the pressure on our hospital car parks which can be extremely busy.
