Occupational Health (OH) focuses on the health of staff in the workplace. It promotes and maintains the health and wellbeing of employees, to ensure a positive relationship between our work and our health. OH professionals include nurses, physiotherapists, wellbeing advisors and Occupational Health Physicians. Their aim is to find out what impact work has on staff health and make sure that staff are fit to undertake the role they are employed to do both physically and emotionally.
