Financial wellbeing is how we feel about the control we have over our finances. It also includes our relationship with money. Good financial wellbeing means focusing on the things that make our life enjoyable and meaningful. Poor financial wellbeing can affect physical, mental and social health. At work, this can result in not being able to do our job, finding it hard to concentrate and lower productivity. It can also result in being off work.
To help support colleagues in looking after their financial wellbeing, we're pleased to have recently partnered with Serve and Protect Credit Union, a not-for-profit organisation that work with organisations throughout the UK to allow employees to save and borrow with repayments from their pay. Click here to find out more information.
We've also developed some content around financial wellbeing and have teamed up with experts MAPS (Money And Pensions Service) to provide support to colleagues. Below you'll find a range of useful resources and tools to help manage your money and plan for the future.
