We are currently working on creating a full active telephone directory. While this work takes place, please continue to use the directories on our old intranet sites. (Please note however that these directories may have out of date information and telephone numbers)

Calling from South Tyneside District Hospital to Sunderland Royal Hospital:

Dial 71 then the five digit extention number you are calling.

Calling from Sunderland Royal Hospital to South Tyneside District Hospital:

Dial 71 then the four digit extention number you are calling.

You can also call voice portal on 711201 and ask for the person or department you need to contact.

If you are based at South Tyneside and want to speak to a colleague also based at South Tyneside please ring 1201 and use the automated system. Please do not ring switchboard.
