The department sees patients from newborn babies to the elderly, with a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions and injuries. Patients will be seen by a consultant, registrar or nurse practitioner, assessed with treatment recommended and given. The department also includes the plaster room which apply casts and splints as prescribed by the consultant and the fracture liaison service who assess patients for osteoporosis.

  • Monday to Friday - 8am – 5pm 
  • Weekends and bank holidays - 9am - 1pm
