The Workforce Development and Education team support Health Care Support Workers to gain additional qualifications through apprenticeship programmes. The Senior Healthcare Support Worker apprenticeship is offered at a level 3 and gives those completing it one of the pre-requisites to apply for the Registered Nurse Degree apprenticeship Programme.
