Communications and Engagement

What we do 

The Communications and Engagement team is responsible for protecting and promoting the Trust’s reputation so that patients, local people, staff and our partners have complete confidence in our services. 

We manage all internal and external communications and offer a range of specialist services across the organisation.

Our services include:

• Dealing with all media enquiries / filming requests and media visits 
• Pro-active PR (sharing good news) 
• Crisis communications 
• Updating all of our social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram 
• Updating the intranet
• Event management  
• Maintaining and updating our websites 
• Corporate branding and design 
• Internal communications 
• Marketing
• Publications 
• Staff and stakeholder engagement 
• Support and advice 

We are here to support you to promote good news / practice in your areas and to advise on media and social media, marketing and general communications issues.
