The Trust Incident Team manages adverse event data held on Datix. They provide advice and support in respect of incident reporting and investigation.  The team manage the process for the Critical Incident Review Group (CIRG).  

They manage the Porters, Estates and Ancillary Reporting Line (PEARL), including the transfer of incidents reported through that route into the Datix system. They ensure that incidents meeting the criteria of Serious Incidents are reported to Commissioners in a timely fashion.
