NICE Exception Reporting

The NICE guidance exception report template is to be used where STSFT has evidenced full compliance as far as achievable (at date of review the Trust is unable to achieve a high level of compliance due to circumstances beyond its control or decisions made not to implement NICE guidance). This is reviewed at the Clinical Governance Steering Group.
