The South Tyneside and Gateshead Community TB Service provide support and advice for adults and children on all aspects of tuberculosis (TB).  Our services are delivered via home visits, telephone support and clinics appointments.  The team works closely with the Respiratory TB and Paediatric TB consultants and provides screening for close contacts of TB patients.  We also offer some TB screening, advice and support for Asylum Seekers and are a resource of other health and community services.
