The Division of Community has been working on a 2-year Workforce Community Strategy for Nursing & Allied Health Professions (N&AHP).

The visual document describes how the Community Division will achieve the vision for the recruitment, development of our Nurses & AHPs and retention of staff. 

A priorities action plan that accompanies the visual document will help demonstrate progress towards priority areas and celebrate successes.

Over the coming weeks, task and finishing groups for the priority areas will be set up by the leads responsible for driving these workstreams forward. With community Nursing and AHPs contributing and driving the strategy forward.
