Winter Vaccination Update

Winter vaccination pop up clinic – 17th November @ SRH

We will be holding a pop up clinic in the outpatients department at Sunderland Royal Hospital on Thursday 17th November. If you would like to have your COVID-19 booster, your flu vaccination or both you can walk into the clinic anytime between 1pm and 5:30pm. 

Colleagues are asked to come to waiting area 3 in Chester Wing. The clinic is for staff who have not yet received their winter vaccination and have not yet been able to book an appointment through occupational health. 

Please make sure to complete the consent form here and bring it with you to the clinic. If you are unable to download it, don’t worry you can get copies at the clinic. You will need your NHS number. 

Please also make sure that you wear a short sleeved top that can be easily pulled up to your shoulder. If you need to change please do so before coming to the clinic to save time. 

Clinic for first and second doses of COVID-19 vaccine

We will be holding a clinic for colleagues who have not yet received either their first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. You may have decided not to have the vaccine and have now changed your mind, or want to find out more to make an informed decision. 

The date and time of the clinic is yet to be confirmed, but if you would like to register an interest or find out more, please contact the Occupational Health Team on 0191 569 9029.
