Flu and COVID-19 can be life-threatening and getting both flu and COVID-19 increases risk of serious illness. Even if you are healthy, you can still catch these viruses and spread them to your patients, colleagues, family and friends.  

Please ensure that you check that your details on ESR are correct and up to date. Emails will be sent using the email address listed on ESR. 

We have added a list of the available clinics on the intranet for information. You will also be able to see this when you book your appointment(s) 

Please remember the following:  

  • Make sure you have your NHS number to hand when you book. You can find this on the NHS app 
  • You will need to complete the consent form before you come for your appointment.  
  • We ask that you wear a short sleeved top / shirt on the day of vaccination. Please change before you come to the clinic if needed as this will make your appointment quicker.
