Winter vaccination programme

Colleagues should be starting to receive email invites to book for the flu and COVID-19 vaccines. If you have not yet received an email, please be assured that you will do in coming weeks.

Email addresses are being pulled from ESR so please ensure that your email address is updated and correct. This is really important to make sure that everyone receives an invite.

Please do not try and book an appointment via Healthcall. We are not using this system for our winter vaccination programme. You will receive an email with instructions on how to book. Further details can be found here.

When booking your appointment please ensure that you have your NHS number to hand - you can get this easily through the NHS app. Please also make sure that you complete the consent form before you come to the clinic. A link to this will be sent to you by email.

To help us avoid delays at the clinic, we are asking that colleagues wear a short sleeved top that can be pulled over the shoulder. If you need to change for your appointment please do so before you come to the clinic.
