Venepuncture Training for Health Care Support Workers

From the 1st of October 2022, Venepuncture training for Health Care Support Workers will be changing. To be eligible to complete venepuncture training staff must have successfully completed the care certificate and need to be nominated by their ward/department manager to attend. Once nominated, staff will be required to complete an e-learning theory module prior to attending a face-to-face practical session. Click here to look at the booking process.
