Updated COVID-19 staff testing guidance

Following new guidance from the UKHSA, we have updated our guidance around staff COVID-19 testing.

The key change is that community staff will no longer have to routinely test for COVID-19 when visiting care homes. This requirement has been removed from the flowchart which can be found here.
