Toiletries for COTE wards - thank you for your donations

Following the recent appeal for toiletries for our Care of the Elderly (COTE) wards. We would like to say a big thank you to Carmel Wilkinson who works here at the Trust, for getting in touch regarding a donation. Also Kathleen Wilson form Monkwearmouth Mothers Union (who thanks to Bev Mclean) was made aware of the appeal and responded. Providing a donation of individual toiletry bags that have been given to a couple of wards already. 

Following a conversation with Kathleen, Mothers Union have committed to providing our COTE wards with much needed toiletries in the longer term, which is fantastic and very much appreciated. 

Please continue to encourage families to bring toiletries in for patients, and spares if possible.
