Study open on collaborative leadership

Our Trust is supporting a new research study into how leaders work with each other.

The Collaborative Leadership in Integrated Care Systems Research Study is being led by Jacqueline Moore.

She is based at Northumbria University.

It is welcoming anyone working in the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System.

Our Trust's Research Team is encouraging people to get involved.

People taking part need to be a senior or middle leader who works alongside people across different organisations and professions.

People are asked to volunteer some time to help a study exploring how this approach can be fostered.
