STSFT awarded Better Health At Work - Continuing Excellence Award

We're delighted to share that STSFT has been awarded the Better Health At Work - Continuing Excellence Award!

The Better Health at Work Award recognises the efforts of employers in the North East and Cumbria in addressing health issues within the workplace.  

Our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team has worked hard over the last few years to seen our Trust work through from the Bronze award right up to Continuing Excellence.

The award takes in to consideration our work with colleagues surrounding health and wellbeing, this includes:

• Mental wellbeing: Mental health awareness month,
• Carer awareness week
• Gambling awareness week
• Menopause awareness day
• Know your numbers
• Big Health and Wellbeing team talk

• Winter vaccination programme

Plus many more campaigns, programmes, projects and strategies.
