Serve and Protect Credit Union – Fixed Term Savings Account (5% Return)

We have partnered with Serve and Protect Credit Union to help colleagues save or borrow responsibly.  

We are pleased to share details of its latest Fixed Saver account.
 
New and existing members can benefit from a 12 month fixed rate savings account which guarantees a return of 5% AER. The account will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis and is available for a limited period. The closing date for applications on Thursday, 27 July 2023*.
 
Moving forward the credit union will be aiming to launch similar Fixed Term savings products on a quarterly basis as it responds to market rates.
 
Key features for the Fixed Saver include:
 
- Deposit between £1,000 and £10,000
- Fixed term of 12 months
- Receive a guaranteed return of 5% AER
- Savings are protected by the FSCS up to £85,000
