Revised Red2Green and discharge pathway training

It is essential that senior nursing colleagues understand our revised Red2Green and discharge process. We strongly recommend that Matrons, nurses at Band 5, 6 and 7 attend one of our traingin sessions. This may not be perceived as important at clinical level, but if this information is not correctly recorded and reported we will have delays in discharges. 

The rolling sessions detailed below will run for one hour. Rooms have a strict capacity limit and therefore booking is essential though there may be some last-minute availability on the day - ring the IDT coordinator to check and book before 9am for morning sessions or before 12.30 for afternoon sessions on the desired day. It is not anticipated that there will be more dates added so please try to get as many staff along as possible.

• Date/time slot 
• Staff name 
• Staff grade

The IDT Coordinator will confirm bookings or advise you if the session is full so that you can look at other sessions. If you have issues with the email, please contact the IDT coordinator on 47059.
