Due to the closure of the COVID advice line on 3 July 2022, managers are reminded that they are now required to record any COVID related medical suspensions in ESR via self-service. This also applies to staff who use the Health roster system. The medical suspension must be recorded in both systems as unlike sickness the data does not transfer automatically to the ESR system, as this will have an impact on staff who receive an average pay enhancement for the time they are absent from work.
