Pulmonary embolism Well's Score

Following a recent audit at South Tyneside, we are encouraging the use the 'PE Well's Score' section on Meditech in suspected Pulmonary Embolism cases. This can be found by clicking 'add section' then 'Standard' then 'PE Well's score' on the ED clinical documentation, STEC documentation, INP documentation.
