Problems with telephone calls from external lines - Update

We know there are currently ongoing problems trying to contact South Tyneside District Hospital and Palmer Community Hospital from external telephone lines. 
This problem is affecting the EE network, some BT landlines and some mobiles on O2 and Virgin Media networks. 
This issue was caused by maintenance undertaken by Vodafone, who have advised us that this problem should be rectified tonight.
